Miller

Miller (he/them/miller) is no stranger to navigating peculiarity and challenging antiquated ideas around equity and inclusion. Over the last decade, they have focused their time creating and implementing organizational and leadership development opportunities within both nonprofit and corporate sectors.

Miller, by nature, is a speaker, world traveler, social entrepreneur, creator, and co-host of a podcast highlighting LGBTQ+ relationships and social issues. They bring over 15 years of experience into the field of gender equity and workplace inclusion.

Miller is committed to dismantling oppressive societal constructs and interrupting patterns of harm. They use their knowledge gained from their professional background and lived experiences to create safe(r) spaces by using trauma-honoring practices and centering Black, trans, queer, and people of color. Now, as the Gender Equity Officer and Founder of The Miller Consulting Group, Miller’s areas of expertise include: Gender-Expansive Education; Intersectional Workplace Equity; Brand Inclusion Strategy; Accountability Coaching.

Miller is a disruptor, a truth-seeker, and the oldest of sixteen children (yes, that is 16).
